Following the expertise of the building’s resistance structure, including the foundation ground, it was necessary to consolidate the building as a whole. Due to the location of two of the foundations it was not possible to consolidate them using classical methods.
To consolidate the ground under the two foundations (-4.65 m), micropiles were executed using Geopur bicomponent polyurethane resin through the filling material and through the reinforced concrete foundation head, up to the marl layer located at -6.00 m.
