The house, built in 1740, had a series of foundation defects, damp walls (due to the absence of horizontal insulation), and cracks in the walls.
The remedial works included underground injections with Geopur® material, in order to stabilize the foundation and basement and stop infiltrations in the masonry.
The cracks in the masonry were remedied using the injection consolidation technique.
